The main services of the complex are:

b.. Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) telecommunications system.
c.. Closed circuit TV security system in all lobbies, lift cars and strategic locations. Security personnel also patrol every floor.
d.. Modern fire protection system integrated with the Building Automation System.
e.. A fully-equipped business centre with conferencing facilities.

CAR PARKING

There are 10 levels of car parks, including the two basement car parks, with a total capacity to park 840 cars. The car parks in basement two are allocated for the exclusive use of office personnel and are provided with direct access to the office lobby. The above-ground parking is to cater for shoppers and visitors.

 

CRÈCHE

A crèche is incorporated to provide peace of mind for working parents, who can leave their children under the care of experienced child minders. Located on the 9th floor, it is the only floor accessible by both the office lifts and apartment lifts.
