OFFICES
Access to the offices is via a grand
entrance lobby separate from the shopping lobby and apartment
lobby. Served by 8 high-speed lifts, the office space occupies
floor 11 to 25, each floor having a net area of approximately
15,000 sq.ft. The first three floors are available on a subdivided
basis while the upper floors are offered on a complete floor
basis. All floors have the structural capacity to permit
sub-division with solid partitions at 8,200 metres ccs. The
glazing module allows further sub-division with lightweight
partitions at 1,200 metres ccs.

Clear glass window on the office tower provides true-colour
views and plenty of natural daylight for the occupants. Solar heat
gain is limited by sun screens secured by metal trusses that
project two metres from the building face. Each office floor has
provisions for male and female toilets plus 2 Executive toilet
